Let’s turn your intentions into actions!

Great communication takes more than just words – it’s about clarity, accessibility, and connection. My approach to neuroinclusion is rooted in lived experience, intensive research and years of helping organisations untangle traditional systems so they can reach every brain in the room.

4. Service repair

True neuroinclusion is not just about policy, it’s about design. Pain points that may be a tolerable nuisance to the average user are often a barrier for neurodivergent brains. That’s why neuroinclusion needs to be considered at every step of any process.

Together we’ll map out your processes and identify any bottlenecks and inefficiencies. In addition to refining your existing processes, we’ll devise new and easy-to-implement neuroinclusive solutions for recruitment, hiring and onboarding, internal and external communications, HR, the customer journey and more…

We’ll nip and tuck your current practices and implement small but impactful changes that attract new customers and talent.

5. Hire My Hyperfocus

Niching down? Not likely. My brain works differently.

Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder is a misnomer. When I’m ‘hyperfocusing’, I target my attention extremely effectively – especially when I’m facing a new challenge.

Researching new topics fires up my neurones in a way that nothing else does. When I’m delving in, I’m relentless – leaving no stone unturned in my fact-finding mission to bring you information, investigation and new conclusions. Like many autistic people, I also have a gift for spotting patterns and making connections, which allows me to offer my customers unique insights and added value.

Need a quick-fire way to get in-depth research or a high-impact briefing? Harness the power of my atypical brain. I thrive on the novelty and complexity of your research-based challenges – delivering fast, accurate and actionable insights on any topic imaginable.

6. Critical Friend

My neurodivergence makes me pathologically honest and blind to hierarchy. When everyone’s complimenting the Emperor on his new clothes, I won’t hesitate to tell you he’s naked.

My critical friend service gives you the chance to pick my brains and ask me anything – even those questions you don’t think you’re allowed to ask. I’ll create a safe space for leaders and teams, providing ongoing, honest feedback and acting as your sounding board as you develop your neuroinclusion strategy. Together, we’ll troubleshoot your pain points and foster a culture of true neuroinclusion.

What our Clients say

Councillor Chris Hayden

She went above and beyond and made the leaflet much more accessible to my target audience. She responded promptly and moved quickly to meet an incredibly tight deadline. Provided with bullet points and a general thrust of the intended outcomes Ruth went to task and composed a thoroughly well researched document written in a style that far exceeded my expectations. From start to finish I received a professional service. I could not be happier with the outcome or the time it took for delivery

Helen Pennant, First Secretary, Labour and Social Affairs, British Embassy, Paris

Ruth’s ideas [for the State visit event] showed a high degree of creativity e.g. in thinking up ways of making the event more coherent and relevant to the students. She has also introduced a number of innovative ways of managing information for the team such as electronic storage.
