Drawing on my personal experiences

Drawing on my personal experiences, personality and passion for research and data, I deliver engaging and interactive neurodiversity workshops, talks and keynote speeches to any audience.

My style combines connection and context. I place my first-hand insights in the broader societal, political and academic setting, presenting both personal anecdotes and robust evidence. This approach means the information I share will stay with attendees long after they leave the venue, giving them the motivation, compassion and tools to embed neuroinclusion in their role.

Why book me as a speaker or workshop facilitator?

  •
    Lived experience:
As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman and communications expert, I bring my first-hand stories into the conversation along with actionable strategies that will strike a chord with all personalities.

    Experienced presenter:
Proven public speaking experience from multiple events, including:

    • Neurodiversity events and conferences, as a disability campaigner and expert by experience.
    • Presenting community projects to businesses and officials.
    • High-profile conferences attended by senior officials and other stakeholders as equality lead at the British Embassy.

    Bespoke neurodiversity sessions:
Every session is tailored to your individual needs – whether you want a keynote speech on neuroinclusion for women, a hands-on workshop on accessible communication, or a panel contribution on overcoming barriers to neuroinclusion in the workplace.

    Interactive & practical:
I don’t just talk the talk. Your attendees will leave the session with real-life insights and actionable strategies – so you can make neuroinclusion an operational reality.

What our Clients say

Helen Pennant, First Secretary, Labour and Social Affairs, British Embassy, Paris

Ruth attended an FCO course on presentation skills and has taken every opportunity to develop her communication skills on the job. She has increased her representational activities and deals with contacts in a more assertive way than she did last year. She has, on several occasions, been the sole Embassy representative e.g. at the Education conference dinner in Lille. Contacts respect her as an expert in her field.
