FAQs
Yes, absolutely! Neuroinclusion isn’t just about including neurodivergent people, but every neurotype – yours included. Maybe you’ll recognise some of the challenges we discuss, maybe you won’t – but you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of neuroinclusion and its positive impact.
Everyone’s experience is different. Even people with the same condition have different traits and challenges. I can’t speak for everyone, but as a late-diagnosed woman with AuDHD, I can share insights into what it’s like navigating a world that wasn’t designed with your brain in mind.
Nope. You don’t even have to submit a question if you don’t want to. Questions can be submitted anonymously, or you can simply sit in and listen. Make yourself a nice drink, get comfortable and settle in. Our AMA sessions are designed to be relaxed and low-pressure.
The AMA sessions are a taster. With confidential Critical Friend sessions, you choose who participates, and the work is more in depth and tailored to your organisation’s specific needs. Both sessions offer valuable insight, but with Critical Friend sessions, we can delve a bit deeper into your neuroinclusion strategy, with clearer next steps and follow-up support.
The productivity, usability and wellbeing benefits of neuroinclusion are well worth the investment, but we know these services aren’t accessible to everyone. That’s why our AMA sessions and downloadable resources are completely free. If you find them helpful, all we ask is that you spread the word about Wordsted!
Yes. These sessions are designed to be respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe. You choose how you participate – you won’t have to share personal experiences and you won’t need to speak or have your camera on. Communication styles are flexible, chat is moderated, and you can ask for pauses or clarification at any time. Disrespectful behaviour isn’t tolerated.
